# SteadyFeed > SteadyFeed runs a brand's Instagram with AI: it plans, writes, designs, checks and posts. People and their AI agents tell it what to post about; it does the rest. - Product: https://steadyfeed.ai/ - Connect an AI agent (Muse, Grok, Hermes, OpenClaw, Claude, ChatGPT): https://steadyfeed.ai/agents - MCP server (streamable HTTP, JSON answers): https://steadyfeed.app/api/mcp — header `Authorization: Bearer sf_live_…`, or `?key=sf_live_…` for apps that only take an address - Skill (Agent Skills format): https://steadyfeed.app/skills/steadyfeed/SKILL.md - REST API, OpenAPI 3.1: https://steadyfeed.app/openapi.json MCP clients that support OAuth (Claude, ChatGPT and others) sign in instead: the server answers 401 with a `resource_metadata` hint (RFC 9728), registration is dynamic (RFC 7591) and PKCE S256 is required. Signing in gives the agent its own key for the brand. Otherwise keys are made by a brand admin in Settings → API and MCP. Posts an agent asks for wait for the brand's OK unless the admin lets that key post on its own; posts still pass SteadyFeed's quality check and the brand's rules first.
